Don’t worry—we’ll make everything as smooth as possible for you, both when you’re getting admitted (checked in), and getting discharged (checked out).

For a smooth and quick admission, bring your MyKad/MyKid (for locals) or passport (for international patients). If you have past health records or scans (like X-rays or blood test results), bring them too—they’ll help our doctors understand your health better!
Easy! Just check in at the registration desk. That’s even if you’ve already made an appointment. Our friendly team will guide you through any paperwork, and make sure you’re all set for your treatment.
Once you’re registered, we’ll take you to the right department, and give you a wristband with your details. This helps our team take care of you safely and efficiently.
Absolutely! Our specialist team will go through your treatment plan, and answer any questions you have. You’re in good hands!
Discharge
Before you leave, your doctor will discuss your treatment results, and guide you on what’s next. If tests were done, they’ll explain the results. Once they feel you’re ready, and you’ve settled the bill, you can go home!
In some cases, yes! If you had sedation or medications during your treatment, you’ll need a family member or friend to take you home safely.
Of course! Our team will give you tips on recovery, diet, and rest, so you can get back to feeling your
best as soon as possible.
